Requirements
Each resident has her own private bedroom, and full use of common areas including kitchen, dining area, living room, chapel, yard, laundry, and craft room.

Upon acceptance into Annunciation House, an initial security deposit of $300 is requested. When a room is vacated, the security deposit will be refunded in full or part depending on the condition of the room.

Applicants must be:
​
1. At least 18 years old
2. Of sufficient mental and physical health to contribute to life in a group setting
3. Practicing Catholics in agreement with the teachings of the Catholic Church, or seeking to become Catholic
​
4. Willing and able to commit to community life
​
5. Able to contribute, either through volunteer work or payment, the cost of her program service fees
​
Other rules:

Dress according to dress code (modest styles are meant to conceal rather than reveal)
